Peter (Kristos Andrews) makes his way home in search of his brother only to find his mother in the midst of a nightmare instead. Mayor Jack Madison (Nicolas Coster) learns disturbing news resulting in the his perplexed wife, Sofia (Jacklyn Zeman), delivering an ultimatum.
